Marc Harman has been a trusted voice in the West Virginia State Capitol for over 35 years.

Soon after graduating West Virginia Wesleyan, at 23, Marc was elected Grant County Circuit Clerk, at the time, the youngest elected county official in the United States.

After serving at the county level, Marc was elected to the West Virginia House of Delegates in 1980, where he served for 10 years. Among several other committee assignments, he was a member of House Judiciary and the Select Committee on Government Ethics.

As a lobbyist, Marc has represented many diverse interests, including seniors issues and programs, agriculture, business, judicial reform, and the press.

Marc and his wife Diane have five children and six grandchildren.
